CNS IT have been supporting our business for the past 7 years for all our IT and networking requirements. They have supplied new computers, replaced existing ones and upgraded our servers.Their office support is fantastic and very hands on. They are relatively local to us, so, if we do have any major issues (which isn’t often) they are on site the same day to resolve the problems to keep us up and running.CNS were instrumental in the move to our new premises a few years ago. The support guys attend the new site all weekend and came back in on the Monday morning to ensure that everything was working for the staff.Highly recommended, very competitive with pricing and will always look for the best option or outcome for our business requirements.

Having previously always had in-house IT support, we were initially cautious about using an outside company. However, CNS IT very quickly put our minds at ease and made the transition really easy. I have been with CNS-IT since 2014 during this time we have been involved in installing two new servers one including Sage 200 software. They also support 25 desktops, 10 laptops, online printers and our CCTV system.They also support our Firewall, wireless network and a couple of home users. We also utilise overnight their offsite back up system for our servers.I have never had any major problems with them and find all their staff to be friendly and helpful and they solve any issues swiftly. We have not experienced any real downtime.We also route our emails through their Spam filter and this has been extremely successful, reducing our junk from hundreds to near zero.

We switched IT providers just over a year ago and I cannot fault CNS’s outstanding service. They are prompt, courteous and always available when you need them.
