You can only restore a deleted mailbox in Microsoft 365 within 30 days. Once deleted any personal SharePoint Site and OneDrive account is also deleted

Standard On Premise

CNS runs VSS (Volume Shadow Copy Service) on all hybrid/on premise Servers (Locally attached USB HDD’S provide the targets) enabling safe restoration of deleted files and offering the quickest possible chance to restore failed servers should the worst happen.

The Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) captures and copies stable images for backup on running systems, particularly servers, without unduly degrading the performance and stability of the services they provide.

How it works

We install a lightweight agent on your local server and replicate data in its native file format to create a complete backup of the server image, including OS, files, directories, and applications. Data is transferred directly over the Internet to our UK based datacentre, without the need for an appliance or local staging drive. After an initial full backup, only changed data is sent.

When restoring data becomes necessary, we simply choose from multiple server image recovery points to recover a server in the CNS Cloud as a virtual machine.
